Judy Jones (formerly, Judy Taylor), Pleasantville, NY

Hello, all!  We've keep in touch with several BHS friends, Joan and Frank Trischitta, Bill Caltagirone, and many more. It will be just great to add to that group and see some of you again at our reunion.  Send me an email!   Warm wishes to all,    --- Judy

Brief history...

I went to Endicott College in Beverly, Mass. (really a finishing school at that time) and majored in photography. I never really did anything with it, except for pleasure. I married Geoff Jones, (BHS class of '59). We have been together for 37 years and have had a wonderful life. He retired from a large insurance company in September, 2000. I have been working as a Realtor for over 30 years and have no intention of retiring. Most of my business is personal referrals so I really can't. My office is only a few blocks from home. We have three great kids. Geoff and I have done a lot of traveling all over the world. You could call us travel junkies! We just got back from safari in Kenya, and Tanzania. And Zimbabwe. What beautiful scenery and the animals were great. We have been in almost every country (at least once, some, more) in Europe, and many other wonderful places, Morocco, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Greece, Spain, Portugal, all eastern Europe, Peru, Ecuador, Galapagos, and made a trip to China in September, 2001. It has been the most wonderful experience - what a great way to learn history!

Nancy G. Clark (formerly Nancy G. Burnett), Southbury, CT

Hi to all!! 'Can't believe it's been 45 years!  Would love to exchange emails - and - if you have location data for other classmates, please forward them to me and we will contact them with reunion information.  Enjoy!    --- Nancy

Brief history...

After BHS, attended Purdue & SUNY at New Paltz.  Married for 11 years - two daughters, then single for 8 years.  Married for 21 years - one son; three grandchildren; then single again for the last three...  Yessss!  Whew!  Life is good.  (I've also got "Oliver", seen here at right on his 1st birthday, in 2002.  What a good boy!)  Taught 4th grade - [but it was] not for me; entered corporate finance world, and then HR; established, ran and sold my Commercial Insurance business, and since have incorporated a non-profit for open space preservation (14 yrs.).  Like to think of myself as an author and painter.  Have had one book published thus far, and enjoy painting in my CT studio.  Play golf and tennis lots, and also enjoy travel, Galapagos being my fave so far.

Jon Rolf (formerly, Jon McNamara), Cape Cod, MA

From out of the dim past comes the voice of Nancy Burnett (Clark) on my voice mail asking if Jon Rolf were the Jon McNamara from Briarcliff HS.  We had an interesting conversation...  I adapted a little bio that I had put together for a family reunion.  Hope it has some interesting parts.    --- Jon/Mac

Origin Story

Jon's birth to Ruth Warrick and Rolf Erik Ylvisaker (Erik Rolf) in 1942 was noted by Hollywood's gossip columnist Hedda Hopper.  Jon was inaccurately reported as having been born with a twin brother.  This was perhaps a droll reference to the theme of his mother's current movie - The Corsican Brothers - with its star-crossed swashbuckling (identical twin) leading men.  Jon and his older sister Karen experienced an alternately enjoyable and dramatically catastrophic childhood.  These were the rather typical family dynamics for kids growing up with mid-western actor parents transplanted to Hollywood, California.  By the time Jon was two, his mother and his father (Erik Rolf) were divorced (and Jon was destined for a career in mental health services).  When Jon was nine, Jon, his sister Karen and mother Ruth Warrick, left California in a baby blue Cadillac convertible to avoid Senator McCarthy's inquisition of the movie industry.  After being left by mother Ruth with strangers running a dude ranch in Colorado, Jon quickly learned to smoke, play strip poker, ride horses, shoot small game, and drive cars.  After numerous boyhood adventures, Jon with sister Karen arrived in the environs of New York City and the suburbs of Westchester County New York.  Mother Ruth lived in NYC and was active manipulating soap lives on ABC's All My Children until she passed away in 2005, at the age of 88...

Jeff Heynen,  Chevy Chase, MD

Hasn't it been a long time?  Yet looking at pictures in the yearbooks of our time, I've so many vivid memories that it doesn't seem so long ago at all.  Thanks to Nancy for organizing, to Bob for this web page, and to Ralph and John for the photos!    --- Jeff

Brief history...

Went to college and grad school.  Spent some time in VISTA (domestic Peace Corps) and some time in London both studying and working for an American publisher.  Did a dozen years' work in academic publishing, a couple for a Washington DC non-profit, and going on 20 in the Library of Congress.  Now closing in on my 25th wedding anniversary, blessed with a wonderful wife and two fine children: Nick, 22 and just graduated from college, and Julia, 19, going into her sophomore year.  See this little bio sketch I prepared for more information (and maybe a little entertainment too).  The photo on the left is from the 1959 football team (thanks, John!); the one on the right was taken at Nick's graduation party this past May.

Bob Forrest (formerly, Bob Falciglia), San Francisco, CA

Brief history...

I attended NYU (Engineering); Brother in Zeta Psi Fraternity.  Paid for college with a R&R band I had for 12 yrs.  Worked for NASA/Grumman in Flight Test on the Moon Project (LEM) & the TFX (F-111-B Navy Fighter-Bomber).  I quit corporate life to live in Woodstock, play music, & I owned an audio/video recording studio, "Telefilm".  I had a Photo Studio in NYC for 30 yrs, (high-tech advertising special effects).  Semi-retired since '94, my agents sell my 'stock' and travel photos, and I still do web design & imaging consulting.  I spend most of my time racing, and teaching high-performance driving at my former wife's "The Next Level Racing School" based at Reno-Fernley Raceway, the longest road racing track in the USA ( 4.3 miles).  I race my modified '94 Dodge Stealth (the "Baby Viper") and (sister car) '91 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 (650+ HP) at Laguna Seca, Sears Point, and other Best Coast racing facilities.  So far in 2005 (fingers crossed), I'm in 1st Place for the Season Championship in NASA TT Class A.  In my copious(?) spare time, I run a free website for 3000GT & Stealth owners, called "Team3S".
I live in San Francisco, enjoying nightlife, restaurants, symphony, and clubs.  I'll never turn down a meal OR a cocktail!  I used to travel 3-4 times a year (LOVE cruising!), but now it's whenever I find time free between racing/teaching commitments...  I've got great travel memories, photos from all over the world.  Life is good!
